….yawn….
These are boring picks. Where is Fargo or True Detective? Or even The Leftovers?? Now that I’ve seen the first season of Silicon Valley, to me, that is far and away the best comedy of the year.
Gotta admit – the most recent episode of Homeland kicked-ass (the assault on the embassy), but after a good start this season, we were heading back back to crazy Carrie territory again. Only only watched this last episode because it was on prior to the SOA finale last night, and I’m glad I did.
Speaking of the ignored – Stunts? That’s all they found worthwhile in SOA, stunts? Hunnam in the last 3 episodes put the others in that category to shame. Guess I was the only one who was shocked that he pulled it off.
I bailed on Homeland after the first season, but I’m told it’s gotten better. Truth?
This season was good, esp. subplot with Suraj Sharma. Right after they off’d him, Homeland style, it regressed back (imo). Then, BOOM, last week’s episode was like Uma Thurman’s Pulp Fiction injection. Shot back to life.
