Looks like the filmmakers are doing their best to preserve the same number of particles in the the transition from comic panel to production design. Via the watchful vanguard vigilence of Craig Kennedy at LiC, a series of frame comparisons at Rope of Silicon shows that Zach Snyder is maintaining a remarkable visual fidelity to the source material. If they’re this meticulous about using the graphic novel as a foundation for storyboard compositions, maybe there’s good reason to hope the message of Watchmen will translate wth the same faithful respect.
