127 Hours, Black Swan Get Release Dates

Two Fox Searchlight pics just got release dates.

127 Hours, Danny Boyle’s story of a mountain climber’s survival after a fallen boulder trapped him in an isolated canyon in Utah. Five days of hell, basically, but proof that some can do what’s necessary to survive. James Franco stars. Boyle directs, and co-wrote the adaptation with Simon Beaufoy.

Meanwhile, Black Swan will get a December 1 release date. Black Swan is a thriller starring Natalie Portman as a dancer who dips into the dark side. The film stars Winona Ryder and Barbara Hershey.
