Awards Daily’s Podcasts Coming At You

So, you probably remember the failed attempt last year to get a podcast off the ground? One podcast later, we are still learning and evolving. Two upcoming podcasts you should be aware of.

Oscar Poker with Jeff Wells and Sasha Stone – Jeff and I will be doing a weekly Oscar podcast along the lines of Anne Thompson and Kris Tapley’s Oscar Talk. Yes, we are copying them in a way, but it is also fun to get into the podcast scene as I myself am a faithful listener to podcasts and see them as a vital form of communication. Jeff and I will do around 15 minutes. They are scheduled for each Monday.

Awards Daily and Living in Cinema‘s — CINEMACAST — we’ll be doing a weekly podcast with Living in Cinema’s Craig Kennedy. The participants will be Ryan Adams, Craig and I. We will cover movie reviews, a bit of Oscar, film festivals, maybe even politics – we will also take reader suggestions and questions and answer them on the podcast. We may even feature interviews. These will be a bit longer, maybe around 45 minutes and we’ll aim for every week.

We will keep you up to date on all of the goings-on.   Also want to congratulate Craig on being invited to join the Online Film Critics Society.
