Toy Story 3 Ends Run, Tangled Takes Over

I started out writing a nice article about Toy Story 3 and how it was still making money — but a (rather rude) commenter informs me that I did not check my sources and that the film ended its run on Thursday. So it will stop at $415 million, which is great, right? But won’t have a chance to make any more money since it has left theaters and is now headed for DVD.

But the real story this weekend is Tangled overtaking Harry Potter this weekend. Boxoffice.com has Tangled making $20 million and Harry Potter making $17.
