This is sound.
Looks amazing but so did Cavill’s Superman. Let’s hope the whole movie is better than a “see, I -unlike Singer- can punch stuff”.

Why does it look like a cam shot of some guy relieving himself in a parking garage?
I’ll believe those Batman arms when I see Affleck’s Bruce Wayne shirtless. Now I wonder if that kevlar Batman carapace is a full-body exoskeleton that completely covers batchest, batarms, batbutt and extends to harden and amplify the batdick with a kevlar penis sleeve.
Ashwin, there are many stories in the Batman universe that could be explored. To be fair, Nolan’s take should be treated as an entirely separate entity with no ties to anything in DC and the other superheroes. This opens the door to all that was left unexplored.

It could go the way of ‘Spiderman’. A very good franchise has become repetitive.
I might not be a fan of Snyder, but that is the best live action batsuit. Traditional. Black and gray. Small ears rather than long. Very Frank Miller’s Dark Knight Returns…ish. Affleck is jacked. I’m not sure why so many fanboys are against his casting. He’s apparently a big fan of the character. As Matt Damon said “He’s playing Batman people. Not King Lear.” Not a knock on the character, but it doesn’t take Daniel Day-Lewis to play him. Just the idea of Affleck directing a Batman film down the line gives me chills. Hope it happens. I might finally get a detective Batman film.
