I have no opinion on Reese (even though her best performance is in “Election”), but the images in the trailer could be more haunting and beautiful…I wish they’d found a director who is stronger visually without losing the narration of the story. Not as excited as I was before, but will wait to see the film before judging…
Reese Witherspoon grabbed me by the throat with her performance in this trailer. When I say she looks good in this, I mean she looks really good.
Reese already has Felicity Huffman’s oscar. She doesn’t need additional
Hardware. Maybe Laura Dern can get some traction from this film…
I wasn’t excited about this film, nor Witherspoon’s performance, but that trailer was perfect!
This looks really wonderful. It looks like it could be Witherspoon’s best performance to date.
Hopefully Vallee will find his way back to the land of Cafe de Flore and C.R.A.Z.Y. The opportunity certainly exists within this subject matter.
If not, and he continues on the DBC road, I think we may start extradition procedures here in Canada – for his own good.
Like the poster, about the trailer I’m not so sure, but the movie can really be good. I like Jean Marc Vallee, Cafe de Flore and Dallas Buyers Club were very good.
I think I’ll like her performance in this way more than walk the line

I love the composition of this poster. Instead of having Witherspoon on the bottom of the poster with so much sky above her, having her at the top with so much ground beneath her sells the journey even more. The land is enveloping her.
