It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Warren Beatty, either as an actor or as a director. The last film he directed was Bulworth in 1998. This is the film that people have been referring to as the “Howard Hughes movie” and it looks like a funny, breezy, kind of surreal but interesting movie all in all.
