Coco, Pixar/Disney’s latest, which features an all Latino cast, has just topped the box office Mexico based on local currency. I don’t know why but this news just makes me really happy. What a rough year for Mexico overall, and what better way to spread a little sunshine than this film. It is likely to make bank here, too. [Deadline]
