It’s that most wonderful time of the year, Oscar watchers — the marathon gauntlet of critics groups and other film organizations handing out their year-end accolades begins this week. And kicking it all off once again is that somewhat shadowy NY-based group of cinema academics and enthusiasts, the National Board of Review, who announce on Tuesday.
