Not to be confused with an X-Men movie, FX revealed today via Twitter that the title for their 8th (?!?!?) outing will be Apocalypse. This of course is the controversial season that somehow blends Murder House and Coven.
Given the artwork, could this be the bastard child from Murder House resulting from the otherworldly coupling of Vivien Harmon (Connie Britton) and the dead Tate Langdon (Evan Peters)?
Cast so far includes Sarah Paulson (natch), Evan Peters (ditto), Kathy Bates (returning), Billie Lourd, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Emmy-nominee Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson (all returning from Cult), and Dynasty‘s Joan Collins.
Apocalypse premieres September 12 on FX.
