A24’s Everything Everywhere All At Once led the 2023 Critics Choice Awards with five wins including Best Picture and Best Director. Cate Blanchett (Tar) and Brendan Fraser received Best Actress and Best Actor. Supporting awards went to recent Golden Globe winners Ke Huy Quan for Everything Everywhere and Angela Bassett for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
On the television front, AMC’s Better Call Saul took home a leading three trophies for Drama Series, Lead Actor for Bob Odenkirk, and Supporting Actor for Giancarlo Esposito. Hulu’s The Dropout and ABC’s Abbott Elementary both won two awards, including Limited Series and Comedy Series respectively.
