No presidency is complete without an official presidential portrait – and now former President Selina Meyer and her entire team are set to be memorialized for all eternity through a Veep inspired art display.
To celebrate the return of the Emmy®-winning comedy series Veep (Season 6 debuts April 16), HBO partnered with Gallery1988 in LA to host an exhibit featuring original art inspired by the show. Drawing on Veep’s hilarious characters and unforgettable episodes, these artists created paintings and prints influenced by Selina Meyer, her staff and the chaos around them.
The exhibition kicks off Friday, April 14, with a public reception from 7-9pm and will run through April 22. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase artwork and limited edition items at the show both in-gallery and online at gallery1988.com.
