AD’s First Podcast and Fran Walsh Interview

For better or worse, it is here. The first podcast by anyone is bound to be full of errors, and mine is no exception. The best part of it is the interview at the end (around the 20 minute mark) with writer Fran Walsh. I was really happy to finally be able to talk to Ms. Walsh, as I’ve long been an admirer of hers. So definitely listen to that part of it. Apologies in advance for the laughing throughout – she is funny, as it turns out, something you’d probably never know unless you spoke with her.

In this first episode, I talk about Avatar, Jeff Bridges in Crazy Heart and The Lovely Bones. Probably the worst thing about it is the sound editing. It kind of jumps around a bit, level-wise, although I’m kind of happy that I was able to slog through it, lord have mercy. Ryan is also going to be doing some and hopefully we’ll do some together (podcasts work better when you have someone to talk to). Ack, I’m not going to edit it any more. My goal is to do one per week.
