Take Out the Word Oscar

Just a shout-out to many of the new Oscar blogs I see cropping up. I won’t list them here but fair warning – the lawyers at the Academy are serious about protecting their brand. They might be inclined to notify you to change your name and then you, like I, will have to start again from scratch with a new name. I realize that many of the people who have the bright idea to start a site with Oscar in the title think it’s a great and original idea, as I did. But you won’t get very far with it.
