Sorry, I’m in the wrong thread….but the titles of these movies from Sundance are not “enticing”….Titles of movies make a difference.
“Whiplash?” Really? Fishing without nets? Really?
Sheesh – judging from the number of awards, Sundance is like a grade school science fair, Everybody gets a prize.
Great for Whiplash, MIles Teller is a hidden treasure. Excellent work in Rabbit Hole, The Spectacular Now and now apparently in Whiplash, too.
Also glad for The Skeleton Twins, it is always nice to see artists playing against type ESPECIALLY when it actually pays off. Wiig and Hader impressed critics and the film got decent distribution.
Never heard of any of these movies. Were they produced/released in the United States on TV or in theaters? 🙂
